+ Job Description:

Westec is one of the leading system integrated solution in Cambodia. A Solar engineer’s job is mainly to design and calculate power consumption for a solar power system and to develop site plans for solar panel installation. The Engineer takes the initial system concept ideas and translates them into fully detailed construction ready designs. Coordinating with multiple team members and customers, the Engineer should be able to provide a customer solution with the efficiency of standard practices.

+ Duties:

Your duties cover all aspects of works related to company projects. Upon each project accepted by customer, engineer and the rest of our team, must take action from start to completion. Duties includes:

• Survey customer site for solar power installation

• Design solar power system including calculating power consumption

• Supervise technicians to install solar panel and system configuration

• Work with suppliers to get product support for customers

• Manage project timeline and schedule using MS project manager

• Solving all problems as it arrives

+ Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer or equivalent

• At least 5 years experiences in solar power design

• Basic knowledge of AC/DC converter, battery, and solar panels

• Committed and passionate to learn and lead

• Very result-oriented and positive attitude

• Team player
