Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the operations of the IT department
  • Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
  • Work with project management to assign resources to projects
  • Support sales and marketing department if required
  • Check the quality of work at customer sites
  • Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
  • Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
  • Plan and implement improvements in department procedures
  • Improve staff technical skills and quality of work
  • Report to management on status and issues

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronic or IT equipment

  1. Accountant

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all accounts are record and maintain completely and timely
  • Perform invoice matching in system to ensure all product receipt for the right period
  • Issue invoice and receipt to customer
  • Follow up customer to collect payment with aging report
  • Prepare and submit for review and processing payment to supplier by credit terms
  • Review and control all expenses and revenues
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, Account Payable, Account Receivable
  • Ensure all report are meet deadline
  • Other tasks assign by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience in accounting field
  • Familiar with accounting system (Quick Book)
  • Experience in Tax Declaration
  • Can use Microsoft Office (MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & Email)
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills

  1. Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting guests courteously with a smile
  • Greeting & provide information to customer
  • Make daily report of incoming call and outgoing
  • Take the water to visitor
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by hand over to the right department
  • Handling guests complains and solutions
  • Handle request monthly staff birthday
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer’s referring inquires
  • Do some admin/HR task
  • Other work assigned by direct supervisor

  1. IT Support

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, appropriate software, and networks according to specifications
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Interface with customers providing technical support in person, phone, and remote desktop
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Follow periodic maintenance and service procedures
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or experience in relevant field
  • Certifications may be an advantage

  1. Purchaser

Job Responsibility:

  • Purchase tools/equipment and other accessories daily
  • Find supplier and quotation with suitable price
  • Following up PO & PR to make sure the tools/equipment delivered to project site
  • Transferring materials/tools/equipment/accessories as need from site to site
  • Daily key-in stock use into Intranet System
  • Work closely with stock keeper and procurement team to deliver the tasks more effectively
  • Doing weekly, monthly and other reports as requested
  • Be able to delivery and pick up document for team
  • Other task assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
  • Be honest, hard-working, and able to Work under pressure
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email

  1. Software Developer

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain existing software applications and websites
  • Design, develop, test and implement new software applications and websites
  • Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Applications, System Services, Websites
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and team
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and bug fix requests
  • Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports
  • Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency
  • Interface with customers providing software support in person, phone, email
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or experience in relevant field
  • Be able to speak, read, and write English
  • At least two years of actual programming experience in any of: PHP, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented Design
  • Experience programming with database (MySQL, MS SQL)
  • Experience with web servers (Apache, IIS, NodeJS)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Able to work in a team environment and alone with low supervision
